AXIA J'Z 2 (1995 JP) Cassette Tape
AXIA J'Z 2 Cassette Description
Axia's "entry level" type II of the mid 90's is yet another obscure tape that shoots way over its price point.
Compared to the Maxell XLII, or the TDK SA, we prefer the Axia for rock and pop recordings. We find it more neutral and a little less fatiguing than the former.
That said, they are similar in many ways, but the Axia is far more rare and collectible.
Just look at those crazy VW beetle graphics! :-)
We only have one B stock tape with a torn corner foil wrap (see photos) for a steal price, but more are on the way!
The AXIA J'Z 2 (1995 JP) is a high-quality audio cassette tape designed for professional recording applications. It is part of Axia's Type IV metal tape series, known for its clarity and brightness in capturing high-frequency sounds.
