AXIA J'Z Metal Cassette Description
The J'Z series was the 'entry level' type IV tape in Axia's 1997 lineup, but don't let that fool you. It's a very competent metal tape that really shines with electronic and rock music.
In fact, for this type of music, we prefer it to some of its more known relatives such as the same era Maxell MX.
No frills, accurate reproduction with a warm midrange fullness that does well to warm up 'colder' music.
At this price for a relatively young metal tape, you can't really go wrong, this tape literally kisses you!
The Axia J'Z Metal is a high-quality, Type IV metal cassette tape designed for professional audio applications. Manufactured in Japan in 1997, this cassette is known for its clarity and brightness, making it suitable for recording and playback of musical signals containing frequencies exceeding 24 kHz.
