While most TDK of this era are of mediocre quality, this one is an exception. It biases the same as the last generation SA-X, and its sound is almost indistinguishable from the latter. It seems like TDK found a forgotten stash of old SA-X tape and used it for this CD Power.
If it looks like an SA-X, biases like an SA-X, and quacks like an SA-X, it must be an SA-X.
