The Sony Pro DAT Plus PDP-CB is a professional-grade blank DAT tape from Sony's PDP series - the studio standard throughout the 1990s for broadcast, mastering, and field recording. The PDP-CB is the shorter 35-minute variant of the PDP professional line, making it ideal for short-form recording sessions, news field recording, and archiving shorter-duration content where a half-hour tape is more practical than a 65 or 95-minute length. Like all PDP series tapes, it features Sony's Crystal Art ultra-fine metal particle formulation and comes in a large rigid protective studio case.
