These 120 minute tapes are very dependable in a pinch! I usually don’t pick these as my first option, but they are definitely not the worst option.
For their price, and for their availability, I would not discredit these! These are very capable!
This Maxell UR production run is extremely reliable and dependable. They may be common and generic, but do not confuse that for mediocrity.
When calibrated correctly, these were able to reproduce tracks about as well as some early 90s cassettes are able to! I was very pleasantly surprised! Don’t count these out! I consider these as a reliable budget tape!
